Possible causes for this error:

Element value is less than the allowed minimum value.

Error message: Error cvc-minInclusive-valid: Value '-3.14159' is not facet-valid with respect to minInclusive '0.0' for type 'ActiveOrHistoricCurrencyAndAmount_SimpleType'.

How to fix: This issue can be fixed by providing a value above the defined minInclusive value, in this case larger than '0.0'.
