      There are illegal characters in the field.

      There are illegal characters in the field. For example '&', '<' or '>' Try removing illegal characters or encoding them correctly, for example:

      & = &amp;
      < = &lt;
      > = &gt;

      The ampersand character in here is not allowed to be given in the XML but it should be given as entity &amp;
