The value of an element is longer than allowed.
Example:
This particular error can be fixed by giving a value which has less digits - maximum of 18.
Explanation of the error message given by the validator:
"Element 'X': [facet 'totalDigits'] The value 'XX' has more digits than allowed ('Y')."
Value XX of element X is erroneous because it contains more digits than allowed, which is Y.
