Possible causes for this error:
- Element value has too many digits in the fraction part.
An example
<InstdAmt Ccy="CCY">3.1415922222222</InstdAmt>
Error message: Error cvc-fractionDigits-valid: Value '3.1415922222222' has 13 fraction digits, but the number of fraction digits has been limited to 5.
How to fix: This issue can be fixed by removing the extra digits from the value.
<InstdAmt Ccy="CCY">3.14159</InstdAmt>
