present and is one of the following:
- MLFA (MailToFinalAgent)
- CRFA (CourierToFinalAgent)
- RGFA (RegisteredMailToFinalAgent)
- PUFA (PicUpByFinalAgent)
then CreditTransferTransactionInformation/CreditorAgent must be present.
