The format of the error message: The value of attribute \"{1}\" associated with an element type \"{0}\" must not contain the ''<'' character.

Possible causes for this error:
- Character '<' is used in attribute value
- Attribute is missing closing quotation mark "
- Attribute value is between characters ' and ", for example <InstdAmt Ccy='JPY">10000000</InstdAmt> Attribute value has to be closed with the same character starting it

<InstdAmt Ccy="<EUR">123.45</InstdAmt>
Error message: Fatal Error LessthanInAttValue : The value of attribute "Ccy" associated with an element type "InstdAmt" must not contain the '<' character.
How to fix: Remove character '<' from attribute

<InstdAmt Ccy="EUR>123.45</InstdAmt>
Error message: Fatal Error LessthanInAttValue : The value of attribute "Ccy" associated with an element type "InstdAmt" must not contain the '<' character.
Error meaning: From service's point of view characters < and > are found within attribute, because attribute is started but not closed
How to fix: Add character " to mark the end location of attribute
