The format of the error message: Element type \"{0}\" must be followed by either attribute specifications, \">\" or \"/>\".

Possible causes for this error:
- Element does not have a closing tag
- Data within element contains character <, for example <Nm>Na<me</Nm>
- Element attribute starts with an invalid character, for example <InstdAmt 0Ccy="JPY">10000000</InstdAmt>
