If PmtInf/UltimateDebtor is present, then CreditTransferTransactionInformation/UltimateDebtor is not allowed.

If CreditTransferTransactionInformation/UltimateDebtor is present, then PmtInf/UltimateDebtor is not allowed.

 
CreditTransferTransactionInformation/UltimateDebtor and UltimateDebtor may both be absent.
