      Method checks the given IBAN

      Description of the method

      Description: .isValidIBAN() method checks the given IBANs structure based on the country code and the correctness of the check control sum.
      Available for: string
      Parameters: -
      Return type: boolean

      Example

      Context: TransacitonType1
      OCL: self.Debtor.IBAN.isValidIBAN()
      Description: The example rule checks if the given IBAN is valid.

      The XML snippet below would pass this check.

          <IBAN>FI211345600000785      </IBAN>

      </Debtor>

      The other snippet below however would not pass this check.

      <Debtor>
          <IBAN>INVALIDIBAN123456</IBAN>
      </Debtor>
