From version 03 to version 2019
For an FI which is using pain.001.001.03 and is expecting to update to a newer version of pain.001, e.g. to version pain.001.001.09, what types of changes will there be in the message, how big will the impact be for the customers and is there something the bank could do already in version 3, before initiating the full migration?
We covered some of the changes between old and new pain.001 versions in two bog post:
- The first blog post.(Understanding the new 2019/2020 ISO 20022 pain.001 message version)
- The second blog (Anticipating migration to newer version of pain.001 by incorporating some of the changes in old pain.001)
