Finvoice 3.0
Finvoice 3.0 is a latest used version of the Finvoice e-invoicing standard thats semantic model accommodates the EU E-invoicing Directive 2014/55.
Finvoice is a publicly available invoicing standard published by Finnish banks. It is also a forwarding service for businesses, provided by banks and payment institutions. Finvoice 3.0 is a latest used version of Finvoice standard. Finvoice is XML syntax based.
Version 3.0 accommodates the EU E-invoicing Directive 2014/55. The Finnish Standards
Association SFS has created a semantic model for e-invoices that conforms to the
directive. National formats must adhere to the definitions of the SFS model if they are to be
used in public administration.

Additional implementation guidelines for invoices sent to the public administration have also
been published.
XMLdation provides a service for validating Finvoice e-invoices, including structure and business rule check.
